These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Li+Me Team Travel website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services Overview

Li+Me Team Travel provides group travel coordination services, including hotel room block booking and optional trip planning services for school, youth, and organizational teams. Hotel bookings are typically free to the end-user and funded via hotel commissions. Add-on services (such as transportation coordination) may carry additional costs and will be disclosed before agreement.

Scheduling & Communication

When you schedule a consultation or submit a request form, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information

- Respond to follow-ups or documentation requests in a timely manner

- Maintain clear and respectful communication with our team

We reserve the right to decline service if a consultation reveals that the request falls outside our scope or ethical standards.

Group Responsibility

As the group’s organizer, you are responsible for:

- Sharing accurate group details (e.g., size, travel dates, special needs)

- Reviewing and approving final hotel options or vendor contracts

- Complying with all hotel and travel partner policies

- Communicating booking links and info to your team

Li+Me Team Travel is not responsible for misuse, delay, or lack of communication by group members. It is the group’s responsibility to confirm that your tournament or event does not require booking through the organizer. We will assist with planning, but compliance with tournament rules remains the group’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All text, design, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Li+Me Team Travel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Li+Me Team Travel acts as a travel coordinator and liaison between your group and third-party vendors. We are not responsible for errors, cancellations, or disruptions caused by hotels, transportation providers, or other vendors.

While we aim to resolve issues on your behalf, we are not liable for:

- Hotel availability issues or overbooking

- Vendor cancellations or errors

- Weather-related travel disruptions

- Damages, losses, or personal injuries incurred during trave

Cancellations & Refunds

Our core hotel booking services are free. If you engage us for paid add-on planning services, your agreement will include a custom cancellation policy. Hotel and vendor-specific cancellation policies apply and will be outlined prior to booking.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operations. Updates will be posted to this page with a new effective date.
