Working With Li+Me

Do I need all trip details before contacting you?

No. Reach out even if you only know your travel window and group type. We’ll guide you through next steps and share the details we need to help you book.

What is the cost to work with you?

Our core hotel booking service is complimentary. We are paid by the hotels after your stay is completed.

If your group chooses additional planning services, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your needs.

What types of groups do you support?

We work with youth athletic teams, music groups, drama programs, STEM clubs, and more. Any youth-centered team or organization is welcome.

Hotel Logistics & Booking

How does hotel room block booking work?

We collect your group’s needs and secure proposals from hotels. You’ll be able to review options side by side and see details like rates, amenities, and policies before making a decision.

What if our group size changes after booking?

We build flexibility into contracts whenever possible. If changes happen, let us know right away and we’ll coordinate with the hotel to adjust. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to advocate for your group.

Can we request amenities like breakfast or meeting rooms?

Yes. We confirm your group’s top needs, bus parking, meals, pools, laundry, meeting space, and early check-in, before finalizing contracts.

Microsites, Affiliates, and Custom Needs

What’s a team travel microsite?

A custom website built just for your group, where families and participants can find booking information and trip details.

Note: Microsites are an optional add-on service and will be quoted separately.

Do you offer full-service travel planning?

Yes, as an optional add-on. We offer coordination for transportation, meals, rooming lists, and more customized to your group’s needs.

Support During Your Trip

Will we have a point of contact during travel?

Each group has a designated contact (such as a coach or parent volunteer) who works with us through the hotel booking process.

If your group selects our full-service event management add-on, you may also choose to have a Li+Me point of contact during your trip.

Can parents and chaperones contact you directly?

No. Communication should flow through the group’s designated point of contact. If you’d like expanded support, this can be included as part of our event management add-on.
