Some tournaments are designated stay-to-play, meaning teams must book hotels through the tournament organization - and may face penalties for booking outside that system.

Do you work with elementary, middle school, and high school groups?

Yes! We support all youth-based groups through grade 12 including elementary-aged travel teams that are now very common.

Can you help with non-sports teams?

Absolutely. We serve performing arts groups, academic clubs, enrichment programs, and more.

Do you support religious or private school groups?

Yes, we regularly work with both.

How soon should we contact you before a trip?

Ideally 3–6 months before, but we understand how youth travel works - sometimes you only know a few weeks ahead of time. We’ve successfully turned around trips in under 2 weeks, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your timeline is tight.
